Vortex Prime Terms of Service

Jobless

Jobless is an original game currently in development by Vortex Prime. Development builds, features, content, supported platforms, release timing and online services may change before release. Access to a development build does not promise a particular release date or platform certification.

Epic Account Services and Epic Online Services may be used for account sign-in, friends, invitations, lobbies and multiplayer sessions. Optional Discord connection may provide supported social or voice features. Discord is not required for EOS multiplayer.

Players must not interfere with online services, impersonate another player, attempt to obtain credentials, abuse invitations or communications, distribute unauthorised copies, or use Jobless in violation of applicable law. Any community or mod support remains subject to build-specific rules and may be disabled when needed for security or compatibility.

Streamz Pro

Streamz Pro is a one-time purchase. After payment, the Pro licence is not active until the Discord verification and Google account linking flow is completed on the official Vortex Prime website.

Streamz Pro is permanently linked to the Google account used during activation. You are responsible for maintaining access to that Google account. If access is permanently lost, licence recovery or transfer is not guaranteed and a new purchase may be required, except where required by applicable law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Vortex Prime does not receive or store raw card details. The Streamz Pro price is A$99.99 AUD as a one-time payment unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.

Licence Rules

You may use Streamz Pro with your own account after activation. You must not resell, redistribute, rebrand, share activation codes, claim ownership of Vortex Prime or Streamz Pro, or attempt to bypass the backend entitlement system.

Discord Verification

The Discord bot is used only as a secure verification bridge after payment. The Discord account does not become the permanent licence owner. The final licence owner is the verified Google account linked through the official Vortex Prime website.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
